What we do

Land Area Converter & Visualizer converts land area between metric units (square meters, hectares), imperial/US units (acres, square feet), and South Asian regional units — Ropani, Aana, Bigha, Kattha, Dhur, Guntha, Cent, and more. Beyond the numbers, it plots your area to scale next to familiar objects, a football pitch, and in an interactive 3D view, so a figure like "2 Ropani" or "0.5 acre" actually means something.

Why it exists

Regional land units like Ropani and Bigha vary by district and local custom, and are often missing or handled inconsistently by generic converters. This tool focuses on getting those conversions right and easy to reason about, alongside the standard metric and imperial units used everywhere else.

How it's built

This is an independent, self-funded project — not a company or registered business.
